Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer in the order form. Please fill in carefully your address to avoid delivering problems.

Arthur and Friends ships free in Belgium - to the Netherlands and Luxembourg. With small surcharge to Germany, France and the UK. The fixed rates are variable and changeable, they can be find on the Q&A topic and end of the order form. Shipments in other countries are possible after confirming the additional shipment fee and surplus based on the order and volume. Shipping internationally is available. Shipping quotes are done on a per order basis and dependent on destination. If you are interested in placing an order that requires shipping internationally please contact us at info@arthurandfriends.be. Shipping costs are in any case indicated to the client before he/she confirms the order.

Once payment has cleared, we will dispatch your order. Most often our products are in stock and available for immediate delivery. We generally ship orders within 10 business days, unless otherwise indicated. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.
